Order Placements

All our items, due to their nature and shipping intricacies, are exclusively available for order in-store, via email (hello@malataantwerp.com), or through our inquiry form. Prices
All prices are in euros. Please note that our goods are subject to the VAT margin scheme, unless clearly stated otherwise. All prices are subject to change without prior notice. While orders are processed in EUR, it’s important to note that any exchange rate or currency charges imposed by your bank are beyond our control. While we endeavor to present accurate prices, errors may occasionally occur. In the event that the price of any product you have ordered is incorrect, we will promptly notify you, offering the choice to confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it.

Import Duties and Taxes
Please take into account that local import duties, taxes, and custom clearance fees may be imposed by the customs authority of the destination country. Malata Antwerp holds no responsibility for VAT, fees, or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU, and we cannot predict or control these charges. As the customer/recipient, you are responsible for all local import duties and taxes imposed by customs. Cancellations & Change of Order
We want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase from Malata Antwerp and strive to offer you excellent quality, value for money, and service at all times. If you wish to return an item, please contact us for further information and return it to us within 14 calendar days, together with the products. We do not accept cancellations on rush orders that have been placed or stock sale items.

Warranty
If you discover upon receipt of your package that the shipment is visibly damaged in transit, this must be reported immediately to the shipping company. This applies both to home delivery and when you pick up the package from a representative. If, during unpacking, you discover the contents are damaged or that goods are missing, you as a customer are obliged to contact Malata Antwerp (hello@malataantwerp.com) within 72 hours with pictures of the damaged goods. Products
We make every effort to ensure that the colours on the website match those of the actual items as closely as possible. Due to technical limitations, some colours may vary. Additionally, we always strive to capture the condition of our products accurately, but it may not always be possible to document every defect. Ownership of Goods
All articles delivered to the customer shall remain the property of Malata Antwerp until the payment of all amounts owed for the articles concerned has been received by us.

Right of Withdrawal
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt/delivery date, with proof of purchase. The merchandise must be in new condition and in the original packaging, meaning unused and undamaged. Returns are not accepted for custom order items unless they are defective or damaged. Installed, discounted, or on-sale items are considered final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you the value of the item received from you, excluding the costs of delivery, without undue delay and in any event not later than 30 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.

Fraud
Malata Antwerp reserves the right to cancel and refund orders suspected of fraudulent or harmful conduct to ensure the security of consumers’ transactions via www.malataantwerp.com. We may provide transaction information to relevant authorities or payment partners if required in cases of suspected fraudulent transactions or identity theft. Individuals violating these rules may face prosecution.

Shipping
Malata Antwerp offers worldwide shipping. Shipping costs depend on factors such as item specifications, origin, destination, and preferred shipping method (road, sea, air freight). We also provide delivery at the doorstep and the option for customers to use their own carrier. Due to the unique nature of these purchases, we will provide a personalized shipping estimate.

Returns & Damaged Items
If the goods arrive damaged, document the damage with detailed photos and report within 24 hours. If the shipment is not booked via Malata Antwerp, the goods are sold Ex Works, and claims must be handled with your freight forwarder.
