Sculptural Gilt Metal Bench with Green Upholstery
Description
This gilt metal bench combines delicate metalwork with an expressive, almost architectural silhouette. Its open frame is built from slender lines that move gently across the back, sides and base.
Small spiral details appear throughout the structure. They add rhythm to the irregular grid and give the bench its distinctive character. The warm gold-toned finish contrasts with a muted green upholstered seat, bringing softness to the sculptural metal frame.
The proportions feel elegant without becoming formal. Its high back and enclosed sides create a strong silhouette, while the open construction keeps the piece visually light.
Placed in an entrance hall, living space or bedroom, the bench works as both seating and a decorative object. It pairs particularly well with natural materials, ceramics and more minimal furniture.
With its unusual construction and aged finish, this gilt metal bench has the presence of a one-off interior piece. A characterful design where ornament, texture and function come together.
