Round Dining Table by Giovanni Offredi for Saporiti Italia
Description
A dining table with the presence of a small architectural structure. Designed by Giovanni Offredi for Saporiti Italia in Birdseye maple, this Offredi Saporiti table balances bold geometry with a remarkably elegant silhouette.
The circular top has a deep burgundy finish with a rich, glossy surface. Its subtle pattern gives the colour depth, while changing light brings out different nuances in the material.
Below, Offredi gives the table its strongest visual gesture. A series of curved vertical elements forms the base. They create a rhythmic composition of solid volumes and narrow openings. As a result, the table changes character as you move around it.
The generous round top creates a natural setting for long dinners and informal gatherings. At the same time, its sculptural base gives the piece enough presence to anchor an open-plan interior.
The Offredi Saporiti table reflects the expressive character of Italian design. It combines function, material and architecture in a piece that feels equally relevant in a contemporary home.
